13ok Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 13ok Platform, created by an individual for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a Player that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be converted to or withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the base currency of the 13ok Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which 13ok confirms the identity and eligibility of a Player before processing withdrawal requests or large deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and from which access to and use of the 13ok Platform is therefore restricted.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available on the 13ok Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 13ok Platform — whether by browsing the Site, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a bet — you enter into a binding legal agreement with 13ok and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform and continues for as long as your Account remains open or you continue to use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and any other policies published on the 13ok Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 13ok Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 13ok Platform or any connected platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by 13ok for breach of these Terms.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification, a working email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date throughout the life of your Account. If any information changes, you must update your Account details promptly by contacting support at [email protected].

13ok reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by 13ok may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the 13ok Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, contact details, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where 13ok identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be subject to review and possible forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 13ok immediately at [email protected]. 13ok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

13ok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, attempted manipulation of games or markets, or any conduct that 13ok considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 13ok Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The Platform supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 13ok does not accept deposits originating from credit accounts or from payment methods registered in the name of a third party. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie with your ID, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically processed within 24 hours of request approval.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically processed within 24–48 hours of request approval.
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals: processing times depend on the issuing bank and may take up to 5 business days.

13ok does not impose platform-level fees on standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals. However, mobile wallet operators and card issuers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 13ok bears no responsibility. You are advised to confirm any applicable fees with your payment provider prior to initiating a withdrawal.

13ok reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and may delay payment where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Deposits must be wagered at least once before they may be withdrawn, in order to prevent abuse of the payments infrastructure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

13ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall govern in respect of that particular promotion only.

General principles applicable to all bonuses and promotions on the 13ok Platform include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions differ by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%), and certain game types may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses are valid for a fixed period from the date of issue, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will expire.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
• 13ok reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where there is evidence that the promotion was claimed in bad faith, exploited by way of arbitrage betting, or obtained through duplicate accounts.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play between multiple accounts to trigger bonus conditions, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than genuinely engage with games, and the use of automated betting tools, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the 13ok Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant game or market, which are published within the Platform's game-specific help sections. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing a bet.

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once accepted by the Platform, except where specific in-play cash-out or edit-bet features are available and expressly stated to apply.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or voided without a result being determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules, which may include full void and refund of the stake.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to prices that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault — 13ok reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each market are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change at 13ok's discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed Game Providers. 13ok does not interfere with or modify the outcomes of any game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 13ok Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or gameplay.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 13ok staff via any channel.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.

9 Privacy & Data

13ok collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and how long it is retained.

13ok employs SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption across all pages and transactions on the Platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plain text. Payment data processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card networks is handled through the secure infrastructure of those respective payment providers and is not stored on 13ok servers.

13ok will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third parties only where required to operate the Platform (e.g., Game Providers, payment processors, identity verification services) or where required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

13ok is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling on the Platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. 13ok does not encourage or condone gambling beyond your personal financial means, and provides a range of tools to help you manage your play.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively playing for a specified period.
• Cool-off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which you will be unable to log in or place bets.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 13ok Platform — including but not limited to the 13ok brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, software interfaces, icons, and game thumbnails — is the intellectual property of 13ok or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 13ok content without prior written consent.

Game content (including game artwork, sounds, and interfaces) remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and is licensed to 13ok for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content may constitute an infringement of the Game Provider's intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or delays in payment processing.

13ok shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or disruptions to the systems of third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of 13ok to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

13 Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, 13ok will process any remaining real-money balance — net of any pending bonus wagering requirements — to the payment method most recently used for deposits on your Account. Account closure does not cancel any outstanding bet that has been accepted and is pending settlement.

13ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) 13ok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) continued operation of your Account would expose 13ok to legal, financial, or reputational risk; or (d) you have failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 13ok.

Upon termination by 13ok for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including any amounts derived from bonus play) may be forfeited. You will be notified of the termination decision and the basis for it, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing fraud or money-laundering investigation.

14 Amendments

13ok reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. 13ok will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via email to the address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the 13ok Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law. 13ok operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
